Purpose of the Playbook
The playbook is designed to help chefs:

- Select the right ingredients while avoiding those that are banned.
- Apply consistent cooking methods that support nutrition, quality, and taste.
Whether you’re cooking for Kids, Clean, Fitness Fuel, Keto, Everyday Wellness, or any other line, this framework ensures a shared foundation across all recipes.
Structure of the Playbook
Every section of the playbook follows the same format, so chefs always know what to expect:

- Tables outlining the MUST (minimum requirements) and IDEAL goals for calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and more.
